We have been working with Shropshire RCC to deliver a series of sessions on Health and Well being. They have recently changed their name to 'Community Resource' and will continue to deliver this fantastic provision. The next event is a Diabetes awareness session in St Martins next week. We are working with OsNosh for this 'Eat Well for Less project'. We are visiting some local groups again next week with free food and our questionnaire - your input and responses are very important. If you would like more information about this project please do get in touch.

The 4 week programme that’s been delivered in over 30 schools (across Shropshire, Powys & Herefordshire) is ‘whole school’ training building Resilience, positive mental health & better wellbeing. ![]()
